I miss colorful makeup. I’ve said it: I hate being an adult that can’t wear rainbow eyeshadow to work. I think I took college for granted. Why didn’t I see that it was the only time I could get away with wearing colorful, vibrant eyeshadow everyday? 2016 was a wonderful year for my blog. Not only was it the first full year of blogging, but I got to try out a ton of cool stuff in the name of reviewing it for all of you. Some of things I bought were because I truly wanted them. But most of them were because I knew that you guys would enjoy reading reviews and seeing tutorials using these products.
After looking through my favorites throughout the year, I finally came up with a few select products that I can truly say stood out in 2016. These are the products that surprised me, made my day brighter or made me wonder how I lived without them.
Check out my 2016 year-end favorites down below!
I was cleaning out my makeup stash the past few weeks and took a look at what I was using and what I haven’t touched in years. Today I thought I would share them with you! While a lot of these will end up in my yearly favorites (or already have,) sometimes it’s nice to revisit those products that always work.
