And after the November favorites comes the November empties. I used up a ton of products this month. I was trying to use up as much as I could before I moved and I think I did a pretty good job at that. See what I used up in my November empties down below!
- Neutrogena UltraSheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 85+
I kept this in my handbag for when I found myself outside with no sunscreen on, but this is old. Sunscreen does go bad and I’ve held onto this one for far too long. It probably isn’t as effective anymore, so it’s time to get rid of it.
- Neutrogena Deep Wrinkle Anti-Wrinkle Moisture Night
I FINALLY USED THEM ALL UP! I had a handful of these in my stash and I wanted them used up more than anything else. This worked marvelous though. It made my skin look so smooth, hydrated, bright and toned. I’m going to miss it, but it’s one less (or many less?) thing I need to hold onto and incorporate into my skincare routine. Maybe somewhere in the future I’ll use this again.
- Fortune Cookie Soap Whipped Soap in Fried Pussycat
This is old. Like, two years old. I’ve been holding onto it because I had no idea how to use it. What do you do with whipped soap? What’s the point of it? Why does it have to be whipped? I finally learned that whipped soap can be used as regular soap or as shaving cream, and now it all makes sense to me. I’ve been using it to shave my legs and I got the smoothest, moisturized shave I’ve ever had. I got about three shaves out of this little sample. I’m hoping to pick up a full-sized tub of it with the newest collection.
- Fortune Cookie Soap Knight Cream Facial Moisturizer
This was a basic facial moisturizer that did it’s job well. This little sample lasted me about a week. No complaints.
- Blistex Medicated Lip Balm
Blistex makes my favorite lip balm and I used up a tube. I keep this by my vanity, in my hand bag, by my bedside table and anywhere else I might need it. I love that it has SPF 15, too.
- LUSH Peeping Santa Bubble Bar
My friend Michele got me this bubble bar in the beginning of the year and I’m ashamed to say that I just used it up. I split it into two baths and took the last one at the beginning of the month. This smelled delicious and was filled with bubbles! I miss it, but I’m glad it’s been used.
- Fortune Cookie Soap Aqua Scum
I didn’t want to use a full soap before the move, so I used this small sample. It smelled good but it was a little too strong for me.
To be honest, I don’t know what that wrapper is for. Is it for a shampoo bar? Or maybe it was for that bath bar I used? I’m not sure. But I know it was Fortune Cookie Soap.
- Planner Kate Half Boxes
I used up a whole sheet of half boxes! Planner Kate makes my favorite half boxes and I’m glad to use up a sheet.
- Planner Kate Horizontal October Weekend Banners
I used these throughout October and November. I haven’t bought any stickers since August and I’ve been trying to use up the rest of my horizontal weekend banners before I switch over to the vertical next year. These aren’t my favorite since the face inwards and not outwards and they don’t line up well. But I love how many banners are on a sheet.
